Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms


Welcome to RG Marketing Services ("Company"). By engaging in our freelance ad management and online marketing consultation services ("Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you must not use our Services.

2. Service Description


RG Marketing Services provides ad management services and online marketing consultations to clients. New clients are only accepted on a minimum of 3 monthly contract basis for ad management services.

​

3. Payment Terms


- For contracts, payments are due on the receipt of invoice by client or the invoice date which ever is earlier.
- Contract must be renewed and payment to be made at least 7 days prior to the contract expiry date to avoid service interruption.

4. Dispute Resolution


Any disputes arising from the use of our Services shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kotma, Madhya Pradesh.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy


- No refunds will be provided for partial months of service, or for months unused with an open account.

6. Termination


RG Marketing Services reserves the right to terminate or suspend services to clients at its sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that the Company, in its sole discretion, believes violates these terms and conditions or is harmful to other clients, third parties, or the Company itself.

7. Client Responsibilities


Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information required for the provision of Services. Failure to do so may result in delays or disruptions in the delivery of Services.

8. Confidentiality


Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of each other’s proprietary information, including but not limited to trade secrets, business plans, strategies, customer data, and financial information, disclosed during the term of the engagement.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions


RG Marketing Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of changes via email and are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions regularly. Continued use of the Services after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

10. Working Days & Hours

​

​RG Marketing Services works Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 7 PM. and for monthly billing below 100K INR, working time is a maximum of 2-3 hours per day, and for monthly billing more than 100K INR per month, the maximum working time will be 4-6 hours per day.

Client Responsibilities for Successful Delivery of Monthly Ad Management Services

​

In order to ensure the successful delivery of our monthly ad management services, clients are required to adhere to the following responsibilities:

​

1. Prompt Provision of Information: Clients must provide all necessary information, including ad creatives, marketing collaterals, targeting preferences, and any other relevant materials, in a timely manner. Delays in providing essential marketing materials may hinder the timely launch and performance of ad campaigns.

​

2. Communication: Clients should maintain open and prompt communication with RG Marketing Services. Any changes in business goals, marketing strategies, or ad campaign objectives should be communicated promptly to ensure alignment in the marketing efforts.

​

3. Access to Advertising Accounts: Clients are responsible for providing RG Marketing Services with access to relevant advertising accounts, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or any other platforms used for ad campaigns. Access should be granted promptly and should have appropriate permissions for the effective management of ads.

​

4. Budget and Payment: Clients are responsible for setting and managing their advertising budgets. Timely payment of the agreed-upon fees is crucial to maintain uninterrupted ad campaigns. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of ad services.

​

5. Marketing Collaterals and Creatives: Clients are responsible for providing high-quality marketing collaterals, including but not limited to images, videos, ad copy, and landing page content. These materials should adhere to the guidelines provided by RG Marketing Services and the respective advertising platforms. Creative assets should be provided in the formats and sizes specified to facilitate smooth ad campaign implementation.

6. Collaboration: Clients should be willing to collaborate and provide feedback on ad performance. Regular feedback helps in optimizing ad campaigns and achieving better results. Collaboration may include participation in strategy meetings and performance reviews.

​

7. Compliance with Policies: Clients must comply with the advertising policies and guidelines of the advertising platforms being used. Any violations of platform policies resulting from client-provided content or instructions are the responsibility of the client.

​

8. Feedback and Concerns: Clients are encouraged to provide feedback, concerns, or questions regarding the ad campaigns promptly. Open communication allows for adjustments to be made in real-time, ensuring the effectiveness of the advertising efforts.

​

9. Monitoring and Reporting: Clients are responsible for reviewing the ad performance reports provided by RG Marketing Services. Regular monitoring of ad performance metrics allows clients to gauge the effectiveness of the campaigns and make informed decisions about the marketing strategy.

​

By adhering to these client responsibilities, clients contribute significantly to the collaborative effort required for the successful delivery of monthly ad management services. Failure to meet these responsibilities may hinder the effectiveness of the ad campaigns and impact the overall outcomes achieved.
